MINTO LYM AMENITY

Located at Leslie and York Mills in Toronto, this purpose-built amenity building serves as a community anchor for the surrounding townhomes and high-rise rental residences. Designed for residents of all ages from children and families to youth and older adults. The building creates opportunities to gather, work, play and connect.

The program brings together a swimming pool, fitness facilities, a party room for private events, lounge and study areas, meeting spaces, a dedicated children’s zone and a gaming area. Together, these flexible spaces support both everyday routines and larger community gatherings.

Drawing on DS Studio’s hospitality design experience, the interiors are designed to feel warm, welcoming and worth lingering in. Natural wood tones, rich colours, vibrant accents, soft upholstery and varied furniture settings give each space its own character while creating a cohesive experience throughout the building.

At the heart of the project is a belief that rental communities deserve shared spaces designed with the same care, beauty and sense of permanence as market-rate residences. Minto LYM Amenity elevates everyday communal living, giving residents a place they can feel connected to and proud to call their own.
