Kirk Orthodontics is a full building retrofit by DS Studio, transforming a 1940s wood-frame commercial building with a 1950s concrete block addition into a modern, state-of-the-art orthodontics clinic near Ottawa. The project included a complete floor plan reconfiguration, interior upgrades, a dedicated tenant suite, envelope improvements for energy efficiency, enhanced curb appeal, code review, upgraded fire ratings, and full coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior design consultants from schematic design through construction.
